Team member since 2018
Hello! I’m Adele Wendt, originally from Tennessee, but I’ve lived in Ponchatoula, Louisiana since 2013. I graduated from Ponchatoula High School in May 2018, and I’ve been a veterinary assistant since November 2018. I truly cherish my role in caring for animals. I’m a devoted animal lover with a special passion for horses.
My growing animal family includes but is not limited to, my black lab mutt Daisy and our horses Skip, Chili, Pepper, and our "Donkey." I also have a lively crew of cats: Thunder, Gnocchi, Rango, and Jimbob.
I reside in Magnolia, Mississippi, where I continue to grow both personally and professionally. I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, concentrating on Applied Behavior Analysis, in May 2023. I’m training to specialize in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, combining my love for horses with my professional background. I’m excited about the journey ahead and the opportunities to integrate my passions for animals and psychology!
