"We had to make the difficult decision to put our lovely Stella Grace to sleep. She was very ill and we could not let her suffer. I made the appointment in the morning and took her in that afternoon. When we were taken to the room it was set up with a blanket for her to be placed on, the lights were dimed and soft music was playing. We were offered water and made comfortable. Everyone spoke softly and the paperwork was handled with great care. When the procedure was over and we were comfortable leaving we were able to exit through a side door and did not need to go through the lobby.Stella Grace had the best of care during her life and was gently handled to the very end."
