"Phenomenal service from front desk staff, vet techs, and Dr. Laverne! Brought one of my boys in as an emergency because we thought he was bit by a snake. Was informed the doctors were in a meeting as they had just opened; and they'd assess him ASAP and they did! Dr. Laverne called me every step of the way and kept me informed the whole time. The techs were amazing and SO patient with my boy when we were leaving. They knew he was in so much pain, and they both said we will wait with him as long as it takes; and they sat in the hot sun in the parking lot until he was ready to get in my car. Every one of you ladies are rockstars, and I thank you ALL for taking amazing care of my Chevy boy! Chev thanks you guys too!"
